- We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or contains inaccurate information
- Free listings may be removed at our discretion with 7 days written notice

When a business submits a contact or enquiry form, we may share their contact details with one or more ERP partners or vendors. By submitting a form, users consent to this sharing. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, response rate, or business result from lead referrals. Toperpsoftware.com is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on a referred partner.
